Everything seemed to be going wrong. First, I stubbed my toe, hard, on the way to the bathroom. I broke my favorite mug. Then the toilet overflowed. Without warning, my Word program shut down and I lost half a very good scene that I had failed to save. (You can bet I won&#8217;t do that again!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And on and on.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It was enough to make me scream!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/annroth.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/frustration-4837199.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-480\" src=\"https:\/\/annroth.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/frustration-4837199-300x206.jpg\" alt=\"frustration-4837199\" width=\"300\" height=\"206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/annroth.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/frustration-4837199-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/annroth.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/frustration-4837199.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Then I thought about all the good things in my life that I was thankful for. The love and support of family and friends. The book I&#8217;d started reading and couldn&#8217;t wait to get back to. Suddenly I felt a lot better.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">There is always something to be grateful for.
