You\u2019ll need at least one good piece of flank steak, but this recipe makes enough marinade for two. Trust me, it tastes so good you\u2019ll want to cook two. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<em>Sauce:<\/em><br \/>\n1\/4 cup soy sauce<br \/>\n3 Tbsp honey<br \/>\n3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n3\/4 cup salad oil<br \/>\n1 finely chopped green onion<\/p>\n<p>Mix in a 9 x 13 pan.<\/p>\n<p>Score two flank steaks lightly with a knife.\u00a0 Place in the sauce.\u00a0 Turn over to coat both sides.\u00a0 Cover with plastic wrap\u2013otherwise, the sauce smells up the entire fridge.\u00a0\ud83d\ude09 Refrigerate for 24 hours.\u00a0 Turn several times so that both sides become thoroughly marinated.\u00a0 (I usually start marinating in the early evening, then flip the meat over before I go to bed. Flip again in the morning, and\u00a0 again a few hours before cooking.)<\/p>\n<p>Toss the sauce and grill or broil five the meat minutes on each side, or until done enough to suit your tastes.
